STEP ONE –
Try a class for free!! Take part in a coached CrossFit class at a time that is convenient for you!! Your first exposure to our CrossFit classes is designed to give you a better understanding of what we do and why we do it, whilst giving you an opportunity to meet and train with our great community. STEP TWO –
Your next step to joining us a CrossFit Southampton is to complete our Introduction Course. On the course, we will teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that are essential for Crossfit. The course covers a mixture of Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell training as well as the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit . The Intro course is broken down into 8x 1-hour sessions over 4 weeks.
Intro Sessions – Choice of 2 of These Sessions Per Week!!
Monday Evenings – 7pm-8pm
Thursday Evenings – 8pm-9pm
Saturday Mornings – 10am-11am
Week 1 – Air Squat / Back Squat / Front Squat / Overhead Squat
Week 2 – Strict Press / Push Press / Push Jerk / Split Jerk
Week 3 – Deadlift / Sumo Deadlift High Pull / KB Swing / Rope Climbs / Pull Ups
Week 4 – Snatch / Clean

Private Intro Course
The Private Intro Course is ideal for anyone looking to fast track their introduction into CrossFit. We can schedule the sessions to suit you and can be completed in whatever structure works for you. The Private Intro Course is a total of 4 hours and will cover the same movements and coaching as the Group Intro Course, with the added benefit of concentrating on particular areas you would like to improve. STEP THREE –
After you have completed the Intro Course the final step is to join us at CrossFit Southampton!! We offer a variety of membership options to suit each individual. Our On Ramp membership is a great first membership to get you introduced into our classes and enables our coaches to spend a bit more time with you during each class. Alternatively our Gold membership gives you full access to all our classes as well as Open Gym if you looking for an all inclusive membership.
